Effects of A FPE treatment on proliferation and viability of anaplastic thyroid cancer cell line. (a) Cell counting was performed by trypan blue reagent after treatment with increasing doses of A FPE for 24 hours. Black bars represent the viable cells (assessed by trypan blue exclusion), and dashed bars represent the dead cells.
